Dave Carrington |
|
Dave Carrington, a(nother) Yorkshireman,
was a broadcasting virgin and newcomer to the Celtica Radio Team
when he joined in 2006. An aeronautical engineer by degree with
an impressive collection of paper clips, Dave has been writing since
the late 70s and is currently working on his autobiography. "The
first page is the most difficult and so I'll write that later",
he explains(?)
In accordance with the Celtica Radio
ethos, Dave suggested a programme exclusively to give writers, who
had been denied a platform for having their work heard elsewhere,
an opportunity to have their compositions broadcast globally. As
a result, his show the
Squaring the Circle Podcast,
was born. Listen to Squaring the
Circle live on Sunday Night between 9PM and 10PM UK time.

Byte the Gremlin |
|
Byte the Gremlin, was located running
amok in Ed's computer. Here we managed to corner the little trouble
maker and started him working for Celtica Radio. Now we send him
off around the Weird Wired Web, researching material for all the
programmes you hear on our station.
Every now and then, he runs amok again
in various computers here at Celtica Radio, he particularly likes
the SWORDcast, so in the unlikely event that you can't pick us up
it's his fault! But this has decreased recently due to his workload!
